Canine Influenza is a highly contagious virus that can lead to sudden severe respiratory illness and can be fatal. Dogs who are regularly boarded, groomed, go to doggie daycares or to bark parks are all at greater risk. We recommend that all such dogs be vaccinated for Canine Influenza as well as the more routine Kennel Cough (Bordetella) vaccine. Please ask any of the doctors at our clinics if your dog should receive the Canine Influenza vaccine.
